CertiPlace Handover is a technological service that enables documentation of a product's condition at the time of handover using GPS-verified photos with server timestamp, optional selfie, buyer's handwritten signature and blockchain seal on the Hedera Hashgraph network. For shipments, it allows recording a continuous video of the product condition and package sealing, with the SHA-256 hash sealed on blockchain.
CertiPlace Handover acts exclusively as a trusted third party in the generation of technological evidence. The generated report constitutes supplementary documentation and does not replace a notarial deed, a legally required appraisal, or any other formal legal instrument. CertiPlace Handover does not guarantee any specific legal outcome from the use of the report. The evidentiary value of the report depends on the applicable legislation in each jurisdiction and the assessment made by the competent authorities.
